
Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with bananas and figs, coffee with soy creamer.
Lunch: 2 Fish tacos, sparkling water.
Snack: Only 8 peanut butter chip frozen yogurt, kiddie size.
Dinner: Salad with yogurt ranch dressing and two slices of deli roasted chicken, each wrapped around ½ a mozzarella stick.
Dessert: Glass of wine.
Ab workout: Okay, to be honest, company arrived and I didn’t get to my workout! Tomorrow for sure!
